4. Product Listings & Pricing
We strive for accuracy in product information, pricing, and availability. Minor discrepancies may occur. All costs, including taxes, shipping, and fees, are shown upfront at checkout.
5. Payments
All transactions are processed securely via payment gateways. If your account shows a payment but you do not receive confirmation, please reach out with transaction details (reference number, amount, timestamp, email).
6.Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges are clearly displayed during checkout. Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days, extending to 7 during high-demand sale periods. Split shipments may be used depending on inventory. If a shipment is marked as “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, contact us within 24 hours, and we’ll investigate within 48–72 hours.
7. Cancellations & Returns
Orders can only be canceled before dispatch. Once dispatched, orders must follow the Refund & Return Policy. Discount codes are considered redeemed once applied, even if the order is canceled.
8. Limitation of Liability
Drapplez.in and its partners provide the site “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products.
