Items must be:

In original packaging with intact batch/expiry details
Returns are rejected if items are used, packaging tampered, or invoice missing.
4. Inspection & Refunds
Inspection of returned items takes up to 2 business days after receipt.
Approved refunds/replacements are processed within 2 business days post-inspection.
5. Refund Method & Timelines
Refunds are issued via the original payment method through gateways.
Expect the refund within 5–15 business days, depending on banking timelines.
Partial refunds permitted. No cash refunds—store credit is available if needed.
6. Shipping Costs
Drapplez.in covers return shipping for defects, damage, incorrect items, or expiry.
Customers cover shipping costs for other valid return scenarios.
7. Post-Dispatch Cancellations
Orders cannot be canceled after dispatch; must be returned through the above process.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and approval.
8. No Additional Fees
No restocking, handling, or cancellation fees are charged.
9. Policy Misuse
Drapplez.in reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if the policy is being misused (e.g., excessive returns without valid reasons).
